    Our Patients Say…

    Sarah M.

    Bozeman, MT

Live in rural Montana and driving to treatment wasn’t realistic. Shedding Skin Counseling’s Virtual IOP was perfect. Three group sessions a week, individual therapy with a LAC, and twice-weekly UAs —
The CBT, relapse prevention, and trauma-informed care really helped me. They handled all the court paperwork too. I finished the program feeling much stronger in my recovery.

    Emily T.

    Great Falls, MT

I came to Shedding Skin Counseling for anxiety and PTSD and ended up getting excellent help. The trauma-informed therapy helped me build real coping skills for my GAD and relationship issues.
Their case management was fantastic — they connected me with community resources and coordinated with Child Family Services. The whole team is professional and truly cares. I’m finally moving forward.

After my DUI, Shedding Skin Counseling handled everything smoothly. They completed my assessment, got me into the Prime for Life class, and took care of all the court and DMV paperwork.
When outpatient treatment was recommended, they moved me into their Virtual OP program. The counselors are knowledgeable and non-judgmental. I finished everything on time with no complications.
